As the official Media Partner of Fashion Art Toronto Spring 2023, we are more than happy to bring you some of the highlights of the latest edition through the eyes of talented local photographers (including excellent reportage photography by Michelle Quance who managed to capture the unique atmosphere of the fashion week with elegance and style).
Toronto’s longest running multi-arts fashion week Fashion Art Toronto took over 20,000 square foot industrial warehouse Black Creek Assembly for its Spring event. Running Thursday, April 27 through Sunday, April 30, the four-day fashion showcase featured runway shows and presentations from 50 designers, style-inspired art installations from 11 Canadian artists, an immersive Fashion Cinema curated by CANIFFF, a Fashion & Beauty Retail Boutique with goods from 20 local artisans and brands, and more.
After going through hundreds and hundreds of photos from the event, we selected 18 runway looks that caught our attention last season. From luxe Ellis ESQ suits to ultrafeminine gowns by NARCES and Blanche Hanger, have a look at our selection below and let us know your thoughts in the comment section below. Enjoy the pictures!
Fashion Art Toronto is an annual multi-arts fashion week event celebrated for its 18-year commitment to providing an inclusive platform for Canada’s fashion and artist communities.
